He studied, philosophy, anthropology, metaphysical psychology and theology. He was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1970 and moved to Canada in 1977. He left the active ministry in 1986. Brendan has dedicated the past five years to writing this unique testament for the new millennium.

Human beings have passed through an exciting stage in their historical evolution. Yet, ironically, the past four hundred years, the period of enlightenment, have brought us back full circle to our point of departure in the sixteenth century. We must spend the next four hundred years exploring the true nature of the God of creation, the God of the universe, the God who made mankind, the Abba, if we are to better understand our own nature and purpose. To do this we must revisit the teaching of Jesus to discover his real proclamation and its profound meanings for the whole human family. This series of reflections are both an exploration of the meaning of liberty, and what Jesus' Gospel proclamation means for mankind today as we enter the third millennium after his birth.
