How do we begin to access the information? Meditation. But how do we meditate to heal ourselves? In the books of John J. Gaudio, we are given the information that will make a difference.
COMMON AS RAIN is the first book of John J. Gaudio, published in 1995. John considers himself “common as rain.” John is teacher, healer, author, and director of a meditation school in Connecticut. In his late thirties, he discovered meditation and advanced rapidly to experience major energy changes in his body as he utilized his own methods of meditation. He began to access new platforms of information concerning the marvelous physical reality in which we live. For thirty years he has taught classes on meditation and healed thousands of people without remuneration.
Now we have information to truly heal ourselves. John is author of two books that present information on how to keep oneself in the peak of excellent health through what he terms, “the proper use of the mind.” COMMON AS RAIN presents critical information on the seven centers of consciousness of the body, or “chakras,” information that allows us to utilize consciousness as a usable vibration of eliminating illness and disease. This is new information. In 100 years from now, physicians will be applying this information along with their medical interventions so that the patient can lead the way in their healing process.
