In general, the warranty for all AcerOpen PC's built by Linkanotion, Inc. is 1 year. This includes all parts, labor and on site service. Some components such as: tape drive, printer, UPS, modem, monitor and others, have extended factory warranties of 3 years to life. These warranties are honored but after the first year our normal service rate will be applied to the labor.  

In addition, we provide free of charge reasonable telephone assistance on any problems or questions that you may have. This includes both your hardware and any software or application questions that you may require assistance on. If the system that we provided has a modem or is Networked, we have the ability to log on to your system and perform service or assistance remotely.
