Review:
At Christmas time, twelve year old Jonathan discovers both a magic coin and the Orthodox Christian faith-the very first Christian faith, now 2000 years old. The coin allows Jonathan and his friends, Daniel and Niko to be present at the birth of Jesus with the proviso that they leave history undisturbed. A nearly impossible task for three young boys who first frighten Mary and Joseph's donkey and then chase away a traveler from the inn leaving a vacancy which could change history and strand them in Biblical times forever.

"I want to use the coin and go see Jesus born."
"You're nuts. It's science fiction."
"How can we be sure? We've never even tried it. If you won't go, I'll go by myself." Jonathan turned around and walked away.
